Job Summary: Vilanova, part of the VNC Group, is seeking a Team Leader to strengthen its team, with a focus on customer service, store management, and talent development. Key Highlights: 1. To support our continued growth, we aim to strengthen our team with a Team Leader (m/f). **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:** * Implement and ensure adherence to the customer service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer attention; * Use key store profitability analysis tools to support decision-making, enabling sales growth and ensuring implementation of necessary actions; * Support store management regarding visual presentation, team, and commercial objectives; * Ensure proper onboarding, integration, and training of new employees; * Promote the development of team members. **What we value:** * Secondary education (12th grade) or Bachelor’s degree; * Over 1 year of experience in similar roles; * Proficiency in end-user computer applications; * Experience in sales analysis and KPIs; * Leadership and team management capabilities; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Flexibility in working hours.
