Continuous training and growth opportunities BSO Consulting is seeking Management Analysts to join our project team. **Your Responsibilities:** * Deliver strategic and operational consulting, including economic studies and analyses, organizational diagnostics, governance models, economic studies, and business plan development; * Implement strategic projects for clients across diverse industry sectors, focusing on process analysis, redefinition, and optimization; * Support proposal preparation for reviewing methodologies, modifying workflows, redefining roles, and resolving organizational issues; * Structure business plans and support clients in developing business strategies, as well as analyzing market studies; * Support the team in business development, reinforcing commercial activities and ensuring active client follow-up. **What We Are Looking For:** * A university degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field (mandatory); * Experience in strategic and operations consulting within a multinational environment (preferred); * Familiarity with project management (preferred); * Good command of English (mandatory); * Strategic thinking and strong analytical ability; * Excellent communication and technical writing skills; * Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a specialized team focused on strategic consulting; * Projects with real impact on organizations; * Continuous training and growth opportunities; * A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
