Teamwork and organization Your Day-to-Day: Familiarize yourself with best-selling product families and proactively acquire product knowledge to ensure ordered products match the purchase order, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction; Where applicable, ensure appropriate customer service and welcoming at the merchandise pickup service, acting proactively to enhance customer satisfaction; Control goods destined for home delivery, ensuring billing complies with internal procedures; * Maintain up-to-date tracking files for the area and properly organize accounting documentation related to cash handling (vouchers, returned checks, cash receipts, carrier settlements, order validation, etc.); Support VAT-exempt invoicing (based on the destination country of the goods) and packing-list preparation, following all export-related procedures; Where applicable, monitor merchandise returns. Who We Are Looking For: Secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent; Up to 1 year of professional experience; Good computer skills from an end-user perspective; Customer-oriented mindset and sensitivity to customer needs; Interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team; Organizational ability and sense of responsibility; English language proficiency.
