* Bachelor’s Degree or higher\-level qualification in Engineering in a relevant subject. * Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia * Holder of Accreditation from the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or similar * Holder of Chartered Membership in relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering) would be an advantage. * Minimum of 30 years' experience of total working, with minimum of 10 years in Wastewater Industry and minimum of 5 years working in Operation and Maintenance organization. * Has undertaken similar task as per above item 1 and able to demonstrate technical competencies and skill as per below item 4 and 5 * Knowledge and Experience in Wastewater Industry. * In depth knowledge of Operation \& Maintenance, Project Management, Contract Management or/and Financial Management. * Previous GCC/Middle East experience would be an advantage.
