Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse — from goods receipt to dispatch — directly contributing to the efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities * **Receiving and Storage**: Receive, verify, and organize goods, ensuring compliance with purchase orders. * **Stock Management**: Monitor and record stock inflows and outflows, ensuring accuracy and continuous inventory updates. * **Order Preparation**: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, also supporting loading and unloading activities. * **Organization and Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean, safe, and functional workspace to facilitate material handling. * **Equipment Handling**: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely. * **Document Control**: Accurately record and archive documentation related to goods movement. Requirements and Competencies * Warehouse experience (preferred). * Valid driver's license in Portugal. * Good physical condition for tasks involving physical effort. * Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Team spirit and good communication skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and problem-solving attitude. * Flexibility for variable working hours (including weekends/holidays, as required). * Computer literacy and/or familiarity with stock management systems (an advantage). * Good command of English.
