The company operates primarily in the restaurant and hospitality sector; therefore, prior experience in such environments — particularly with software and systems used in these areas — is highly valued. Main Responsibilities * Hardware, network, and server support, maintenance, and repair; * Support and maintenance of billing and management software; * Incident management, analysis, and resolution of IT issues; * Implementation and maintenance of security and backup systems; * Telephone support and direct customer contact; * On-site technical interventions at customer premises, as required. Required Profile * Minimum of 12th-grade education; * Professional training in IT or related field (preferred); * Solid knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and databases; * Experience installing and configuring computers and peripherals; * Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Strong communication skills and customer orientation; * Dynamism, autonomy, and high sense of responsibility; * English language proficiency (preferred); * Valid driver's license and availability for travel using the company vehicle; * Availability to perform preventive maintenance; * Residence in the Cascais area or nearby (preferred). We Value * Experience with at least one of the following software: WinREST FrontOffice, Wintouch Desktop, or ZoneSoft; * Experience with SQL Server; * Knowledge of Crystal Reports (an asset); * Familiarity with Sage system (a plus).
