**Role Overview**

As Talent Manager at Hospital de Cascais, integrated within the People and Culture Directorate of Ribera Salud Portugal Group, you will be responsible for leading and energizing strategic processes for talent attraction, development, performance management, and retention. This position is essential to reinforcing organizational culture and ensuring excellence in human resource management within an innovative hospital environment committed to high social responsibility.
**Key Responsibilities**

### **Talent Attraction**
* Define and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies across various levels and departments.
* Coordinate hiring processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
* Develop and strengthen the employer brand to position Hospital de Cascais as an employer of choice.
### **Talent Development**
* Identify and map employee competencies to support professional growth.
* Design and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to maximize team potential.
* Create and implement training, upskilling, and reskilling programs.
### **Performance Management**
* Define and monitor performance evaluation systems aligned with strategic objectives.
* Support managers in goal setting and practicing continuous feedback.
* Analyze and track key individual and organizational performance indicators (KPIs).
### **Retention and Engagement**
* Promote initiatives to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
* Monitor organizational climate indicators and turnover rates.
* Support well-being and work-life balance strategies.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Additional training in Talent Management is highly valued.
* Proven experience of at least 5 years in HR development roles.
* Preferably with experience in the healthcare sector and hospital settings.
* Solid computer skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel being particularly valued.
* Strong sense of responsibility, motivation, teamwork, and adaptability.
