Job Summary: We are seeking a Designer/Modeler (m/f) with experience to join a specialized team working on high-complexity projects focused on digitalization and innovation in construction. As part of strengthening our technical capabilities and advancing our strategy of digitalization and innovation in construction, we are recruiting a Designer/Modeler (m/f) specialized in technical drawing. We seek a professional with proven experience, high technical rigor, strong organizational skills, results orientation, and aptitude for collaborative work in a digital environment. This role is embedded within a specialized team involved in high-complexity projects with strict deadlines, requiring responsibility, efficiency, and commitment to quality. Main Responsibilities: * Development of drawn components and technical structural models across all project phases; * 2D and 3D modeling of reinforced concrete, steel, and/or composite structures; * Production and organization of technical documentation; * Integration and coordination of models within BIM environments; * Support to the engineering team in implementing and optimizing solutions; * Ensuring graphical accuracy, technical consistency, and compliance with regulations and internal standards; * Contribution to continuous improvement of modeling and digitalization processes. Desired Profile: * Education in Technical Drawing, Civil Construction Drawing, or equivalent field; * Relevant professional experience in structural drawing/modeling (minimum 5 years); * Proficiency in drawing and modeling software (CAD and BIM tools); * High degree of precision, organization, and attention to detail; * Ability to interpret engineering designs; * Autonomy, accountability, and strong teamwork spirit; * Interest in construction digitalization, BIM methodologies, and collaborative workflows; * Orientation toward continuous learning and technological evolution. Additional Assets: * Experience in multidisciplinary coordination; * Knowledge of on-site construction processes; * Experience in large-scale or technically complex projects; * Ability to propose technical improvements and process optimizations.
