Focus on customer satisfaction and sales optimization. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure full operational functionality of the unit; * Ensure proper procurement of goods, accounting for sales fluctuations, while guaranteeing availability, brand image, and control over shrinkage and cost of goods; * Maintain service quality standards; * Manage supplier orders and weekly production plans; * Ensure compliance with cleaning standards and occupational health and safety regulations; * Manage unit maintenance requests; * Conduct weekly stock audits; * Develop corrective action plans based on HSA, service, presentation, friendliness, administrative, stock, and financial audits; * Integrate, supervise, train, develop, and motivate teams; * Understand the work and dynamics of each workstation and be capable of performing those functions; * Daily shift planning; * Manage the unit’s vacation schedule; * Weekly scheduling based on hourly sales data; * Recruit and select new staff jointly with Operations Management; * Align variable store costs with actual sales performance; * Anticipate potential issues; * Handle customer complaints; * Provide weekly evaluations and feedback to the team; * Conduct and analyze monthly inventory and month-end closing; Candidate Profile: * Proven, relevant experience in similar roles within the food service industry; * Proficiency in English (additional languages are an asset); * Customer-oriented mindset; * Sales-oriented mindset; * Professional appearance and approachability; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Leadership capability; * Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and dynamism; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Team spirit; * Stress management ability; * User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
