Three individual rooms are available for rent to three students: 1 room 15 m² (double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, and heating) €500; 1 room 12 m² (double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, and heating) €500; 1 room 10 m² (single bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, and heating) €470; Common areas: Living room Dining room Porch Balcony Toilet Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine/dishwasher/dryer, toaster, and coffee machine) Lease contracts cover the academic year, with a one-month deposit required. Utilities and cleaning of common areas are included in the rent.
