By enabling data-driven decision-making, HMR contributes—indirectly—to improving healthcare outcomes in Portugal. **The Opportunity** HMR seeks to integrate a **Customer Engagement Analyst** into its **Customer Success** team. This role plays a pivotal part in client engagement, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and promoting correct usage of HMR solutions—directly impacting the success of our pharmaceutical industry clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients—predominantly **middle and top management within the pharmaceutical industry**—collaborating closely with the **Sales** team and various internal departments.
