Content Creator About the Position Condoroo is seeking a dynamic content creator to serve as the brand’s face and voice on the ground. The goal is to humanize condominium management through constant presence across all municipalities in Portugal, documenting local realities, technical inspections, and interactions with residents. This is a highly autonomous role combining reporting, audiovisual production, and social media strategy. Main Responsibilities * Travel across various municipalities in Portugal to collect digital assets. * Independently produce video and photography content using tripods and mobile equipment. * Serve as the protagonist of content, communicating clearly and engagingly directly to the camera. * Edit all captured materials (short videos and photos) for immediate publication on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. * Maintain a daily publishing cadence with high impact. Mandatory Requirements * Eligibility for the ATIVAR.PT internship program (IEFP). * Demonstrable experience in video creation and editing. * Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort speaking in front of the camera. * Strong organizational ability to manage travel itineraries and content delivery deadlines. **Desired Profile** * Creativity and improvisational ability across diverse scenarios. * Refined aesthetic sense for photography and video composition. * Autonomy to resolve technical capture issues (lighting, audio, stabilization). * Metrics-driven mindset focused on engagement and community growth. **What We Offer** * Internship stipend aligned with IEFP values and meal allowance. * Full coverage of all travel and logistics expenses. * Integration into a hyper-growth startup focused on technology and AI. * Creative freedom to experiment with new communication formats. **Application Process** For this position, the traditional CV is secondary.
