If you are passionate about sales, team management, and delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you! **Contract Duration** Long term **Availability** Immediately **Workload** Full time **Minimum Retail Experience** 1\-2 years **Required Experience** Food \& Beverage **Salary Expectation (job gross salary)** 1500\-1999€ **Academic Qualification** 12th grade schooling ##### **Responsabilities** Main Responsibilities * Ensure a warm welcome and outstanding customer service, delivering an experience that reflects the brand's values and standards. * Manage and control stock levels, ensuring the correct availability of products at all times. * Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy. * Oversee the daily store operations, ensuring the smooth execution of all processes, including goods receiving, replenishment, merchandising, and sales floor organization. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of store performance. * Lead, support, and develop the store team, fostering a positive working environment, ensuring effective task organisation, and contributing to employee development, engagement, and motivation. ##### **Duties** Requirements * Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role, preferably in store management and team leadership. * Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. * Leadership, organisational, and team management skills. * Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and dynamic approach. * Results\-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving commercial objectives. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
