Location: Oeiras, Portugal Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: Full-time employment contract Your day-to-day with us: * Define and ensure good development practices, coding standards, and code reviews * Support the Tech Lead in defining software architecture and making strategic technical decisions * Ensure code quality and test coverage (unit and integration tests) * Actively support more junior team members, promoting their technical and professional development through practices such as pair-programming, code reviews, mentoring sessions, and regular constructive feedback sharing, ensuring consistent adoption of good development practices. What we’re looking for in you: * Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields * Minimum 6 years’ experience developing .NET 4\.8 / .NET 8\+ applications * Proven experience applying design patterns such as SOLID, DDD, CQRS, among others, in .NET solution development * Experience creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and operating .NET applications in containerized environments (Docker \+ Kubernetes) is valued * Experience developing for high-performance and high-availability environments * Knowledge of secure software development practices: OWASP Top 10 and API Security Top 10, modern authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT), protection against injection, XSS, CSRF, etc. * Experience with Azure Cloud environments (valued) * Knowledge of integrations with financial technologies (e.g., payment gateways) and/or biometric technologies (valued) * Experience integrating with hardware components using the XFS protocol is valued * Experience developing socket-based communication is valued * Proactivity, teamwork orientation, and technical leadership focus * Portuguese language proficiency (advanced level) and English language proficiency (intermediate level) * Legal eligibility to work in Portugal (mandatory) What you’ll find by joining our team: * A collaborative and inclusive work environment * Continuous training and mentoring * Participation in diverse projects and exposure to different markets * Compensation packages tailored to your experience and demonstrated expertise * Additional benefits, discounts, partnerships, and positive vibes Why Innovation Makers Labs?
