Potential to transition to external projects **About the Company** At Pegadamotriz, we are building an internal data-driven management system focused on automation, efficiency, and decision support. We work with sales teams nationwide and are upgrading our CRM (Bitrix24\) to a more advanced platform featuring dashboards, automated KPIs, and business intelligence. **Role** We are seeking a junior profile to join our team and help build the company's data layer. Key Responsibilities: * Create management dashboards (sales, activity, performance) * Develop and monitor operational KPIs * Work with data from the CRM (Bitrix24\) and other systems * Organize and structure information for analysis * Support the team in data-driven decision-making **Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in **SQL** * Experience or exposure to **dashboard tools (Power BI, Metabase or similar)** * Analytical ability * Organization and attention to detail * Willingness to learn and grow **Preferred Requirements** * Basic understanding of APIs * Fundamental programming knowledge (Python or others) * Experience with business data * Interest in automation and systems **Behavioral Profile** * Curious and critically minded * Autonomous * Organized * Problem-solving oriented * Interested in building solutions (not just executing tasks) **Offer** * Competitive salary aligned with the role (up to \~€40k total employer cost) * Meal allowance * Variable bonuses tied to objectives * Integration into a growing team * Participation in building internal systems with real impact **Differentiator** This is not merely a dashboard-focused role.
