Job Summary: We are seeking a Tools Sales Representative with experience in electrical and manual tools sales to manage existing customers, acquire new business, and provide technical-commercial advice. We are recruiting for a client company: Tools Sales Representative for electrical and manual tools Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally. Experience and/or knowledge of the industrial and construction sectors, preferably in tools and related services. Experience in customer service (telephone, email, and back-office support). Proficiency in computer tools (intermediate-level Excel, multitasking capability). Responsibilities: Management of customers and distributors. Acquisition of new customers and development of new business opportunities. Technical-commercial advisory and negotiation follow-up. Telephone customer support and management of customer emails. Support for hardware stores, large retail chains, trade customers, and end users. Order management: creation, modification, tracking, and handling of complaints. Stock control, transportation, and dispatch of spare parts.
