Main Responsibilities: Performing administrative tasks and supporting management. Drafting and finalizing contracts. Financial support (invoicing, payments, and receipts). Accounts payable / Accounts receivable. Cash flow management. Bank reconciliation. Daily cash closing. Requirements: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Administration, or related field (preferred). Experience in administrative and financial roles. Proficiency in end-user computer applications (MS Office, Excel). Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit. Experience using accounting systems and issuing invoices. Languages: Fluent Portuguese (mandatory); fluent English (mandatory). Valid driver’s license in Portugal (preferred).
