We are currently strengthening our Mobility Department and seeking a Field Relocation Consultant to join our team. If you identify with the responsibilities below and possess the required qualifications, this role is for you! **Responsibilities** * Greet clients upon arrival at the airport and conduct welcome meetings, ensuring a smooth integration into their new destination. * Present various residential areas in cities such as Lisbon, Porto, Braga, and others, tailored to each client’s profile and needs. * Accompany apartment and house viewings, providing support throughout the housing search process. * Explain rental agreements, ensuring clients fully understand all associated terms and requirements. * Assist in obtaining essential documentation and services, including tax identification number (NIF), opening a bank account, registering with the National Health Service (SNS), and obtaining a residence certificate, among others. * Accompany clients to public offices and other official entities, facilitating administrative and bureaucratic procedures. * Support residency and immigration processes, ensuring close guidance at every stage. * Establish connections with external partners—including real estate agencies, lawyers, accountants, and international schools—according to each client’s needs. * Assist in resolving practical matters post-move, ensuring a simpler, faster, and more comfortable adaptation to the new country. * Maintain close and continuous communication with clients, guaranteeing personalized support throughout the entire relocation experience. **Qualifications** * Higher education degree. * Over 1 year of experience as a relocation consultant, or experience in tourism, customer service, or real estate. * Fluency in Portuguese (C1\-C2\) and English (C1\-C2\). Additional languages are valued. * Valid driver’s license. * Goal- and results-oriented. * Commitment (passion, dedication, and responsibility). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer** * Annual Gross Salary: €18,500–€19,000 (depending on experience) * Working Hours: 09:00–18:00 (Monday to Friday) * Co-paid health insurance * Partnerships and other incentives * Indefinite-term contract All applications will be treated confidentially in accordance with the Data Protection Law.
