As a Clinic Assistant, you will join a clinic offering imaging diagnostics, clinical laboratory analyses, and specialist consultations — all focused on quality and patient well-being.

What will your daily responsibilities be?
You will rotate between front-desk reception and patient assistance, with the following main duties:
- Patient reception and service:
Ensure smooth operation of the patient service counter, including customer service, appointment and examination scheduling, patient registration, and creation and updating of patient records;
Provide telephone support in collaboration with the call center;
Inform patients about clinic procedures;
Answer patient inquiries;
Manage payments and issue receipts;
Handle patient admission documentation (referral forms, payment confirmations, withdrawal slips, attendance certificates, etc);
Print, sort, and forward result reports to the reception desk;
Perform final verification of reports, receipts, and payments;
Submit the daily cash sheet and deposit cash into the safe;
- Assistance during examinations:
Check cleanliness status of laboratories;
Remove used consumables and restock necessary items;
Call and escort patients for technical preparation of examinations;
Verify whether patients completed required technical preparation and assist if needed;
Position and prepare patients for examinations;
Prepare and clean equipment as required;
Inform patients about examination compliance;
Assist physicians/technicians during examinations;
- Packaging, dispatch, and deliveries:
Ensure correct patient identification for delivery of examination results (package, report, and images);
Perform packaging for deliveries;
Register examination dispatches and archive them accordingly;
Handle postal dispatch or direct delivery of examination results.
What qualifications do you need to join this team?
Completion of secondary education (12th grade);
Professional experience in customer-facing roles;
Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professionalism, as you will interact directly with and support patients;
User-level computer literacy, since you will use these systems daily;
Personal transportation (the area has no access to public transport).
What do we offer?
Direct employment contract with the client, initially for six months with renewal option;
Base salary: €940;
Meal allowance: €8.40 via meal card;
Health insurance upon confirmation of employment;
Working hours: Rotating schedule Monday to Friday between 7:45 AM and 11:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:45 AM to 8:00 PM (approximately two Saturdays per month).
