Your daily responsibilities will include: telephone customer support, providing information on equipment, services, and rental processes; managing and tracking orders; clarifying inquiries; forwarding requests; and ensuring professional, courteous, and quality-oriented service delivery. Work Location: São Domingos de Rana Working Hours: Full-time, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Days Off: Weekends To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Experience in customer support call centers (preferred); - Basic knowledge of heavy machinery (e.g., backhoes, aerial work platforms, forklifts, etc.); - Proficiency in using computer systems and recording information; - Strong communication skills, with a professional and objective approach; - High sense of organization and attention to detail; - Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
