We are seeking a **Training Manager | Course & Client (m/f)** to join the ISQ Academy Directorate of the Institute of Welding and Quality, located in Oeiras. ISQ Academy is expanding its Training Project Management team and seeks a professional capable of managing and monitoring ongoing projects, with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility, ensuring daily coordination with clients, trainers, and internal teams. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy steering project progress, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring continuous alignment among teams, trainers, and participants—with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. * Monitor and manage ongoing training projects (corporate, technical, and digital); * Maintain close, continuous contact with clients and trainers, ensuring alignment and clarity; * Coordinate schedules, calendars, confirmations, venues, and platforms; * Manage registrations, documentation, certifications, and execution reports; * Prepare and support billing processes, purchase requisitions, and service contracts; * Ensure daily follow-up and keep information updated in management systems; * Collaborate within a team, contributing to a cooperative, solution-oriented environment. **Qualifications:** * Higher education degree in Management, HR, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields; * 3–8 years’ experience in training project management or pedagogical coordination (preferably in corporate or institutional settings); * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and prioritization skills; * Clear, courteous, and assertive communication, with confidence in interacting with clients and trainers; * Rigorous adherence to deadlines and procedures; * Proficiency in digital tools (Excel/Sheets, Teams, learning platforms such as Moodle or equivalents). **We value** * Prior experience with corporate clients (e.g., industry, energy, services); * Experience with DGERT certification, reporting, or performance indicators; * Interest in evolving, medium-term, toward developing new training solutions; * Motivation to learn about funded projects (PRR, Erasmus+, FSE+, cooperation). **Work Location**: Oeiras If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the required qualifications, please submit your application via **APPLY NOW** or visit the **ISQ Opportunities** page.
