Job Summary: CRESCER – Community Intervention Association is seeking a Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary team and work directly with vulnerable populations in the field, managing cases and providing psychosocial support. Opportunity for personal and professional development CRESCER – Community Intervention Association seeks to recruit a Psychologist (M/F): Responsibilities - Integration into a multidisciplinary team working directly with vulnerable populations in the field; - Case management; - Psychosocial support delivered from an RRMD (Recovery, Resilience, Mental Health, and Development) perspective; - Referral of individuals to social, health, and employment services; Requirements - Higher education degree in Psychology (mandatory) - Preference given to candidates with experience in interventions related to psychoactive substances and with individuals experiencing social exclusion (prevention, RRMD, treatment, and reintegration) - Team spirit - Flexibility and proactivity - Interest and motivation to work on a social project - Valid driver's license (mandatory) - Proficiency in English (preferred) We offer: Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) Opportunity for personal and professional development Fixed-term employment contract Remuneration commensurate with role and experience Start date: Immediate Crescer na Maior – Community Intervention Association believes in community inclusion for groups facing the greatest vulnerability and social exclusion; therefore, a diverse and inclusive environment is essential to its mission, encouraging diversity in all its forms within its teams.
