The Role: * Minimum two years’ proven experience in multifunctional roles in civil construction; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks — performing simple tasks in painting, carpentry, electricity, and plumbing; * Manage material requirements; Profile: * Professional experience of 2 to 5 years * Sense of responsibility * Ability to work in a team with a positive approach. * Communication, organizational, and proactive skills. * Valid driver’s license required Conditions: - Career/Category: Operational Assistant; - Fixed-term contract for 1 year (with possibility of renewal); - Remuneration: €934.99; - Meal allowance: €6.15/day; - Working hours: 35 hours per week; - Schedule: 09:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00.
