We value technical excellence, close collaboration with our teams, and the continuous growth of our talents. ##### ##### **Responsibilities** * Facilitate the implementation of Scrum and/or Kanban agile methodologies within teams. * Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). * Promote communication and collaboration among technical teams, product teams, and stakeholders. * Identify and remove impediments hindering project delivery. * Support the Product Owner in backlog management and task prioritization. * Monitor team performance metrics and foster continuous improvement. * Cultivate a positive, motivating, and results-oriented work environment. ##### **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects. * In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. * Strong communication and facilitation skills for multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments. * Basic knowledge of project management and agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello). * Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent) is highly valued. * Good command of technical English. ##### **Competencies** * Experience with other agile methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, XP). * Knowledge of traditional project management (Waterfall). * Experience in multinational environments and international projects. * Training in leadership, coaching, or team management. * Experience with agile reporting tools and metrics. ##### **What We Offer** * Projects featuring high maturity and innovative agile practices. * A collaborative, inclusive environment focused on personal development. * Remote work flexibility and adaptable working hours. * Continuous training and certifications in agile methodologies. * A culture built on closeness, meritocracy, and talent appreciation.
