Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to provide personalized patient reception and guidance, clinical schedule management, and administrative tasks in the field of Dentistry. Key Highlights: 1. Today, we operate over 70 owned clinics, 4 dedicated laboratories, and a specialized Health Contact Center. We pursue a special mission: helping our patients Smile for Life. Because we know that when we Smile for Life, Life smiles back at us. And it all begins with our Oral Health. We are expanding our Reception team at our clinic. Reporting to the Clinic Coordination, our Reception team must ensure personalized reception, guiding patients upon clinic entry and exit. Daily responsibilities include: * Scheduling and confirming dental consultations and oral health check-ups by phone; * Managing the clinical schedule; * Organizing and maintaining patient records, including billing and payments; * Recording daily activities in internal control logs and performing other administrative tasks. Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM. Experience We Would Like You To Have: * Minimum education level: 12th grade; \- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in public service; * Experience in administrative roles; * Proficiency in computer applications; * English fluency (preferred).
