About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage medium- to large-scale projects from initiation through to closure, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare sector clients. This role requires strong planning capabilities, delivery control, stakeholder management, and team coordination to ensure successful outcomes. Requirements Main Responsibilities Lead and manage medium- to large-scale projects from initiation through to closure. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare sector clients. Define project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies. Monitor project performance and ensure delivery of agreed-upon objectives. Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams. Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management. Ensure compliance with project management best practices. Mandatory Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager. Proven experience working with healthcare sector clients (public and/or private). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, including Healthcare. Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
