We are seeking a responsible and proactive Maintenance Technician to perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production lines and auxiliary areas, ensuring maximum performance.

**Maintenance Technician (Azeitão)**
We seek candidates who demonstrate responsibility and initiative, adaptability to change, and for whom continuous improvement and daily learning are constant motivators.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Report directly to the area manager; key tasks include:
* Participate in corrective and preventive maintenance of production lines and auxiliary areas;
* Analyze equipment and facility issues mechanically, electrically, and operationally,
* and carry out necessary corrections and adjustments to maintain maximum
* process performance and quality;
* Test equipment after repairs, modifications, or extended shutdowns;
* Record operational data such as speeds, error messages, startup parameters,
* and conduct failure analyses, logging them in work orders;
* Propose and implement machine improvement plans, ensuring stability of all
* implemented improvements;
* Program new formats on the line, or improve existing formats,
* to enhance performance;
* Participate in managing inventory of spare parts and consumables;
* Support and keep maintenance documentation up to date.
**Requirements:**
* Higher Education Degree or FPII qualification specializing
* in Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields;
* Mandatory training in Siemens automation (Step 7, TIA Portal, etc.), SCADAs,
* and industrial communication systems, with focus on maintenance;
* Proven knowledge of electricity, electronics, and automation;
* Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics is an advantage;
* Basic knowledge of CMMS, preferably SAP maintenance module;
* English and Spanish language skills are advantageous;
* Proficiency in Office365;
