The role will primarily focus on order management and the organization, processing, and closure of cases in CRM (Salesforce), ensuring rigorous, proactive, and high-quality B2B service. Key Responsibilities * Receiving, validating, registering, and tracking orders (lead times, stock levels, backorders, shipments) in coordination with the factory. * Opening, categorizing, updating, and closing Cases in Salesforce, ensuring traceability and data accuracy. * Recording and managing Issues to resolution: triage, escalation, follow-up, client communication, and solution validation. * Communicating with clients (hearing centers and partners) via email and telephone. Desired Profile Previous experience in B2B Customer Service and/or order management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on effectively resolving issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with empathy and assertiveness. Proficiency with digital tools: CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus) and Excel (intermediate level). Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across internal departments. English language proficiency is an advantage.
