Integration into a leading company and continuous development. **PROFILE** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields; * Minimum 5 years of experience in operational roles (logistics, production, IT, or maintenance); * Proficiency in the *Microsoft* ecosystem tools, notably advanced Excel and preferably *Power BI*; * Knowledge of *SQL* and *Python*; * Knowledge of *Business Intelligence* and statistical analysis; * Experience using *ticketing* systems and/or work order systems; * Knowledge of software support infrastructure (valued); * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written; * Strong analytical ability and data orientation; * Good communication skills (written and verbal), argumentation, and interpersonal relationship skills; * Proactivity, autonomy, and dynamism. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analysis and processing of operational data using *Business Intelligence* tools and statistical analysis; * Development and maintenance of reports in *Excel* and *dashboards* (*Excel, Power BI*, or similar); * Identification of process improvement opportunities based on data; * Definition and monitoring of *performance* indicators (*KPIs*); * Management and tracking of *tickets* and work orders; * Technical and analytical support to operational teams; * Implementation and optimization of technical and analytical solutions; * Implementation of software improvements and updates according to internal needs. **WE OFFER** * Integration into a market-leading company; * Direct involvement in the analysis and optimization of operational processes; * Initial and ongoing training; * Collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement; * Immediate start; * Compensation and benefits commensurate with experience and role.
