Opportunity for promotion to Bartender BARBACK – IMMEDIATE START Estoril \| Luxury Lifestyle \& Hospitality Group We are launching a new restaurant and lifestyle group, opening multiple premium venues along the seafront in Estoril, focused on delivering an exclusive experience for an international clientele with a luxury lifestyle. We are seeking **Barbacks** to join our teams and support our bars, ensuring fast, organized, and excellent service. **Responsibilities:** * Support Bartenders throughout service * Restock beverages, ice, fruit, glasses, and other bar consumables * Prepare the bar before opening (mise en place) * Ensure continuous cleanliness, organization, and replenishment of workstations * Collect and organize materials used during service * Collaborate with the entire team to ensure efficient service **Required Profile:** * Professional appearance and attitude * Energy, dynamism, and ability to work under pressure * Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and team spirit * Prior experience in food service or bars is valued but not mandatory * English language proficiency is valued * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays * Immediate availability **What We Offer:** * Integration into an ambitious and rapidly growing project * International, young, and dynamic environment * Initial training and ongoing mentoring * Opportunity for promotion to Bartender or other roles within the group * Competitive compensation aligned with demonstrated experience * Premium location on the seafront in Estoril **Location:** Estoril **Employment Type:** Full Time \| Rotating Shifts **Start Date:** Immediate **Applications:** Send your CV with photo to **enesrocha@gmail.com.
