We seek a professional with strategic vision who ensures smooth operation of production lines, drives continuous improvement, and guarantees achievement of productivity, quality, and safety targets. Manage and coordinate production teams, ensuring daily and monthly objectives are met. Oversee and monitor production lines, optimizing workflows, cycle times, and resource utilization. Redefine and track performance indicators (KPIs) and production targets, ensuring critical analysis and data-driven decision-making. Implement continuous improvement practices, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma. Identify team training needs, develop training plans, and validate proper implementation. Define and control production sequencing, clearly and systematically identifying corridors, workflows, and processes. Ensure documentation management of procedures, work instructions, and operational standards. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industrial hygiene standards. Participate in and lead projects related to optimization, automation, and industrial efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial production roles. Solid knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Analytical capability and problem-solving orientation, with data-driven decision-making based on performance indicators. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience in document and procedure management. Knowledge of quality management systems and industrial safety standards.
