Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor / Technical Manager with formal training in Aesthetics, who is dynamic, commercially oriented, and passionate about excellence in client service and team leadership. Technical execution of advanced aesthetic treatments A leading aesthetic clinic in Monte Estoril is recruiting a Supervisor / Technical Manager with formal training in Aesthetics for immediate start. We seek a dynamic professional with strong commercial acumen, passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to motivate a team toward success. What will be your main responsibilities? Management and Supervision: Ensure the clinic’s daily operations run smoothly, maintain space organization, and control cabin protocol quality. Assessments and Sales: Conduct personalized body and facial assessments and convert consultations into sales of treatment packages/protocols. Team Leadership: Guide, train, and motivate cabin aestheticians so they too sell and deliver outstanding results. Technical Execution: Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (device-based or manual) whenever necessary to support the team. What we’re looking for in you (Requirements): Certified qualification in Aesthetics/Cosmetology (Mandatory requirement). Prior experience in coordination, management, or supervision roles within aesthetic clinics or spas (Preferred). Strong commercial profile, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for closing sales. Well-groomed appearance, executive demeanor, sense of responsibility, and natural leadership. Cascading leadership commission: percentage based on the clinic’s overall revenue (the more the team earns, the higher your percentage!). Ongoing training in team management, sales techniques, and new clinical protocols. Fixed days off: Sunday and Monday (working schedule: Tuesday to Saturday). Location: Monte Estoril (Cascais)
