Professional growth opportunities We are recruiting a **Client Delivery Manager** (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Technology or related fields (preferred); * Over 10 years of experience; * Experience managing one or more client accounts, preferably in technology-driven environments; * Experience leading operations and complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders; * Experience in account growth and upselling activities; * Solid knowledge of financial account management, including revenue, costs, margin, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability; * Practical knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent frameworks; * Familiarity with Generative AI and understanding of its primary use cases in enterprise environments; * Proven ability to collaborate effectively with international and multicultural teams; * Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, or similar will be valued; * Fluent English. **What we offer:** * Workplace flexibility; * Regular mentoring plan; * Participation in innovative technology projects with international scope; * Competitive compensation aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day off and referral bonus.
