To accelerate this new business area and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a **Business Development Manager** for our **Networking \& Connectivity Business Unit**. **Role Mission** The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the strategic and commercial development of the Networking and Connectivity division across the entire national territory, working directly with the Portugal Country Manager and the technical team, in coordination with the specialized sales network and other group business units. The primary objective will be to design, execute, and lead the growth strategy for the Networking product portfolio (routers, switches, access points, professional connectivity solutions, among others), ensuring sustainable channel expansion and positioning VISIOTECH as a technological reference. * Define, implement, and manage the commercial and product strategy for the full Networking and Connectivity range. * Conduct market analyses, identify opportunities, prepare strategic reports, and develop action plans. * Prospect, acquire, and retain new specialized customers in networking and connectivity. * Manage, maintain, and expand the existing customer portfolio—particularly system integrators, specialized installers, and network solution providers. * Analyze customers’ technical and commercial needs to propose the most suitable solution for each project. * Develop sales materials, deliver technical training, and jointly conduct specialized visits with the sales team. * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments in developing campaigns, product launches, and positioning initiatives. * Actively contribute to building and consolidating a specialized Networking sales network in the Portuguese market. . **What We Offer?** * Permanent employment contract.
