Integration into a young and dynamic team with career progression Client Profile: D’Accord, a company specializing in Human Resources Management, is currently recruiting, for immediate entry, a Part-time Host/Hostess for a prestigious client in the foodservice industry, located in the Cascais area. Job Description: • Greet and welcome customers with friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism; • Guide and accompany customers to their assigned tables; • Ensure telephone customer service and efficient reservation management; • Collaborate directly with the dining room and bar teams, ensuring service fluidity and organization; • Foster customer relationships by managing expectations and anticipating needs; • Handle unexpected situations calmly, assertively, and with focus on customer satisfaction; • Comply with HACCP requirements and standards. Requirements: • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, public relations, or reception (preferably within the foodservice/hospitality sector); • Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and excellent personal presentation; • Good communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation; • Ability to organize, manage stress, and solve problems; • Availability to work part-time with rotating shifts; • Residence in the Cascais, Sintra, Lisbon, or nearby areas.
