Summary: Seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and unit test requirements, write documentation, and perform coding while leading a team. Highlights: 1. Professional, dynamic and collaborative team environment * **English** proficiency at **B2 level or higher** (spoken and written). * Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office). **Key Responsibilities:** * End\-to\-end responsible for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in the context of Salesforce and/or a functional domain. * Responsible for writing documentation, such as functional and technical specifications. * Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards. * Performing coding to implement the interfaces in scope. * Executing the unit test; analyzing defects and implementing fixes. * Defining and reviewing test cases. **Must\-Have Qualifications:** * A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. * **At least 8 years of experience** in Salesforce development * Proficiency in **Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations**. * Hands\-on experience building **unit tests**, **defect analysis**, and **bug fixing**. * Good level of **Git, SFDX** and **pipelines CI/CD**. * Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers. * **Strong leadership abilities** with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers. **Nice to Have:** * Ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I \& II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA). **What can you expect from us?** Mind\-blowing workplace culture.
