Workster, in collaboration with a leading global customer experience provider, is seeking **Hungarian-speaking AI Content Moderators** for an innovative, AI-powered e-commerce project based in **Lisbon, Portugal**. Join an international team and help improve the quality and safety of AI-generated video content! In this role, you will review AI-generated synchronized videos to ensure they meet quality requirements, community guidelines, and regional regulations. Your work will contribute to delivering a safe and reliable user experience for millions of users worldwide. This position is **full-time**, operating on a 24/7 rotating schedule, with shifts scheduled Monday through Sunday. Two days off per week are provided. Your responsibilities: * Review AI-generated synchronized video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines * Evaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions based on internal guidelines * Assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and content accuracy * Identify policy violations, including misleading content, hate speech, harassment, and other prohibited material * Verify that content complies with regional laws and market-specific requirements * Escalate complex or high-risk cases to appropriate internal expert teams * Accurately document moderation decisions and maintain detailed case records * Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while handling large volumes of content * Continuously monitor updates to policies and moderation procedures * Handle confidential and potentially sensitive content professionally and discreetly Requirements: * Native-level Hungarian language proficiency * Strong English language skills (**B2 level or higher**) * Prior experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, quality assurance, or analytical roles is advantageous * Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Good understanding of Hungarian linguistic nuances and cultural specifics * Familiarity with online platforms, digital content, or e-commerce environments is advantageous * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to work efficiently under stress and heavy workloads * Professional and flexible attitude, with comfort handling sensitive content What we offer: * Office-based work in **Lisbon, Portugal** * Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses * Relocation support for international applicants * Private health insurance * Meal and transportation allowances * Comprehensive onboarding program and paid training * Dynamic, multicultural work environment in a modern, centrally located Lisbon office * International and collaborative work environment * Continuous learning and professional development opportunities * Career growth opportunities within a leading global organization * Opportunity to contribute to developing and improving the most advanced AI technologies Gross starting salary: 920 EUR x 14 months Job type: Full-time Salary: minimum 920.00€ per month Work location: On-site
