Job Summary: AT Group is seeking a professional to organize, record, and process accounting data, ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes and accurate payroll processing. Your main responsibilities will include organizing, recording, and processing accounting data for one company or a group of companies within AT Group. **Responsibilities** * Provide support in implementing and ensure compliance with Human Resources policies and processes; * Ensure information related to individual employee processes (contractual management); * Ensure accurate payroll processing—from preparation and compilation of relevant data and payroll items—guaranteeing compliance with all legal and tax obligations; * Ensure implementation and monitoring of company benefits in accordance with current internal policies and management guidelines; * Ensure implementation and monitoring of activities related to active Human Resources insurance policies within the company; * Contribute to developing a culture of continuous improvement and appreciation of Human Resources, promoting teamwork and initiative, acting clearly and assertively while consistently aligning with company objectives. * Experience in payroll processing (PHC); * Exporting files to support departmental reporting (Excel). **Qualifications and Technical Requirements** * Higher education degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field; * Professional experience exceeding 1 year in similar roles; * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); * Team-oriented mindset; * Knowledge of PHC. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Career development plan; * Professional training and development.
