A lifestyle where work meets the ocean **Front Office Assistant – Beachside Hostel (Surf Lifestyle)** **Location:** Parede, Cascais Line – 2 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from the beach **Type:** Full-time | Rotating shifts including weekends **About Us** The Salt & Flow is a surf lifestyle hostel located just steps from the beach in Parede, on the Cascais Line. We are a young and international team passionate about creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our door. **The Role** We are seeking a Front Office Assistant to strengthen our reception team. You will be the first face our guests see — so positive energy, genuine friendliness, and a people-oriented attitude are essential. Extensive experience is not required. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to make guests feel at home from the very first moment. **Your Day-to-Day:** * Greet guests and efficiently and warmly manage check-ins and check-outs * Answer questions and ensure a memorable stay * Support the Front Office Manager in daily reception operations * Manage reservations and online booking platforms * Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams **We Are Looking For Someone With:** * A communicative, warm, and genuinely people-oriented personality * Advanced English (additional languages are a plus) * Team spirit and a positive attitude * Availability for rotating shifts including weekends * Prior hospitality experience is valued but not mandatory **What We Offer:** * A young, relaxed, and international work environment * Comprehensive training and support from day one * Real opportunities for growth within the team * An incredible location — train station right outside, beach just 5 minutes away * A lifestyle where work meets the ocean **Ready to apply?** Send us your CV and a short introduction about yourself.
