Responsibilities: Coordination and supervision of on-site assembly teams (PVC and aluminum window and door systems); Planning and monitoring of installation work; Ensuring compliance with project deadlines, quality, and technical specifications; On-site team management and technical support to assemblers; Coordination with technical management, production, and clients; Verification of on-site measurements, materials, and requirements; Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in the PVC and/or aluminum window and door systems field; Experience in coordinating on-site assembly teams; Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Sense of responsibility, organization, and leadership; Ability to solve problems on site; Valid driver's license; Willingness to travel (when required).
