Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies, optimize the Agile methodology, and support software development teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a dedicated Scrum Master for a multidisciplinary squad. 2. Support the team in adopting and refining the Agile methodology. 3. Collaborate closely with Delivery Management and Product Owners. We invest in technological leadership grounded in service quality and technological solutions, supported by continuous training and certification. **Main Responsibilities:** * Act as a dedicated Scrum Master for a multidisciplinary software development squad, facilitating core ceremonies (Dailies, Plannings, Retrospectives, and Refinements). * Support the team in adopting and refining the Agile methodology, bringing practical experience to improve processes still maturing and adapting practices to the specific project context. * Identify, mitigate, and remove daily impediments, shielding the team from external distractions. * Collaborate closely with Delivery Management to monitor the schedule, anticipate technical/business dependencies, and ensure delivery alignment. * Act as a partner and facilitator for Product Owners, supporting them closely in writing, structuring, and continuously refining User Stories. * Monitor, extract, and analyze team productivity and predictability metrics (e.g., Velocity, Burndown) in collaboration with management. **Mandatory Technical Skills and Knowledge:** * Proven, hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams. * In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (particularly Scrum) and product development lifecycle. * Demonstrated experience facilitating ceremonies, resolving conflicts, and coaching teams and Product Owners. * Ability to interact fluently with technical profiles (developers, QA), understanding their practical challenges. * Proficiency in the Atlassian ecosystem (particularly JIRA and Confluence) for backlog management and operational metric extraction. **Desirable Technical Skills and Knowledge:** * Official Agile certifications (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM). **Relevant Personal Attributes:** * High flexibility and ability to adapt Agile models to the team’s and company’s context. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving ability. * Resilience and capacity to guide teams through change and adoption of new methodologies. * Proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and delivery focus. * Excellent teamwork spirit and collaborative attitude. **Employee Benefits:** * Health insurance * Flexibility in organizational routine * Training and certifications * Employee Support Program (covering 5 areas, including psychology) * Birthday and tenure gifts * Monthly Happy Hour * Benefits Portal offering attractive deals
