Job Summary: Noesis is seeking an RPA Developer with UiPath experience to develop and implement process automation solutions, optimize scripts, and create documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Practical experience with GenAI applied to automation **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is seeking an RPA Developer with solid UiPath experience, capable of combining technical development with a structured understanding of solution and process architecture. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement process automation solutions * Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities * Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automation scripts * Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation solutions * Perform unit, integration, and system testing * Train teams and end users on the use of automation solutions * Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath * Solid experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator * Proven experience with REFramework and its advanced or customized versions * Ability to design robust, scalable, and reusable RPA solution architectures * Strong capability to analyze processes and produce corresponding functional and technical designs * Practical experience integrating with APIs * Practical experience with GenAI applied to automation, including LLM integration, prompting, structured outputs, response validation, and secure information handling; * Knowledge of UML and/or BPMN * Ability to work autonomously, think critically, and focus on problem solving * English proficiency at minimum B1 level. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with other RPA platforms, such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate * Experience with UiPath Document Understanding * Experience in OCR, NLP, Communications Mining/IXP, or intelligent document processing * Knowledge of UiPath Maestro and agentic automation * Experience with AI Center, Integration Service, or Test Suite * Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines * Relevant UiPath certifications.
