Main Responsibilities * Install, repair, and maintain equipment associated with water systems; * Provide technical assistance at various locations, ensuring an efficient, rigorous, and customer satisfaction-focused service; * Comply with defined technical procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards; * Coordinate with technical and administrative teams for intervention planning and organization. Desired Profile * Valid driver's license (mandatory requirement); * Plumbing knowledge (preferred); * Basic knowledge or experience in electricity and mechanics (desirable); * User-level computer skills; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and strong customer orientation; * Autonomy, organization, and rigor in performing duties.
