Job Summary: We are seeking a Patient Manager to accompany patients throughout their entire treatment, ensuring satisfaction, motivation, and smooth clinic operations. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork, dynamism, and organization We are expanding our Patient Management team at the clinic. Reporting to the Clinical Coordination, the Patient Manager will be responsible for accompanying the patient throughout their treatment, from day one, ensuring: * Patient support during the entire process of the first consultation and medical evaluation; * Formalization, with the patient, of a Comprehensive Treatment Plan based on their needs and medical diagnosis; * Patient satisfaction and motivation throughout their treatment; * Other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the clinic. The candidate must meet monthly objectives while adhering to established protocols, policies, and procedures—and above all, prioritizing the well-being of those who seek our services and place their trust in us. **Working Hours:** Full-time, rotating shifts Monday through Saturday, between 08:45–20:15. **We Offer:** Competitive compensation within the sector, initial and ongoing training, and opportunities for career progression. **Preferred Experience:** * Minimum education level: 12th grade; * Experience in similar or customer-facing commercial roles; * Proficiency in computer applications; * Advanced English proficiency—mandatory requirement.
