Reporting to the Clinic Coordination, the Patient Manager will be responsible for accompanying the patient throughout their treatment, from day one, ensuring: * Patient follow-up throughout the entire process of the first consultation and medical evaluation; * Formalization, together with the patient, of a Comprehensive Treatment Plan based on their needs and medical diagnosis; * Patient satisfaction and motivation throughout their treatment; * Other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the clinic. The candidate must achieve monthly objectives while adhering to established protocols, policies, and procedures—and above all, prioritizing the well\-being of those who seek our services and place their trust in us. **Working Hours:** Full\-time, rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 09:30 \- 20:00\. **We Offer:** Competitive compensation within the sector, initial and ongoing training, and opportunities for career progression. **Preferred Experience:** * Minimum education level: 12th grade; * Experience in similar or customer-facing commercial roles; * Proficiency in computer applications; * Fluency in English (preferred).
