Job Summary: Professional to develop and energize the Prodealers and Facades markets, manage customers, negotiate, define product portfolio and pricing, and provide technical and commercial support. Opportunity for career progression This role falls within the Prodealers and Facades market segment and reports directly to the respective market director. **Key Responsibilities/Activities:** * Develop and energize the market under your responsibility; * Provide support to internal customers within your area of expertise; * Contribute to defining the product portfolio for your market segment, tailored to each customer; * Lead and conduct negotiation processes with customers in your respective markets; * Participate in defining the pricing policy applicable to your customers; * Manage the budget for your customer portfolio; * Ensure technical follow-up and support during the launch of new products in your market; * Promote products and provide technical assistance to customers; * Prepare product and solution proposals tailored to customers' needs. Your Skills and Experience * Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education (12th grade); * Technical training in commercial and sales areas is an advantage; * Professional experience in the commercial field, preferably in the civil construction sector; * Experience on construction sites, with practical knowledge of sector dynamics; * Technical and commercial knowledge relevant to the target market segment; * Strong goal orientation and focus on growing and developing your customer portfolio; * Excellent communication, argumentation, and interpersonal relationship skills; * Good planning, organization, and priority management capabilities; * Proficiency in standard end-user computer applications; * Good command of English, both spoken and written; * Residence in the Greater Lisbon area or South Bank; * Willingness to travel frequently.
