**Fleet Planning \& Control Manager**

**Responsibilities**
---------------------
* Define and implement processes for proactive detection of risks to the fleet, facilities, and data (theft, fraud, misuse, accidents, vandalism), ensuring safety throughout the entire rental lifecycle (identity verification, behavioral monitoring, response protocols, and continuous improvement).
* Develop action plans, operational procedures, and performance metrics; conduct regular risk assessments and propose integrated preventive measures aligned with strategic planning.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies; act as a security operations specialist; audit and standardize practices across agencies and vehicle parks.
* Manage suppliers and contracts for security technologies, monitor performance, implement improvements, and promote procurement of new equipment.
* Monitor the fleet from acquisition through decommissioning; implement access controls and security protocols at facilities and on vehicles.
* Coordinate incident investigations with authorities and internal departments; analyze incidents, present trends, and maintain an integrity database.
* Train and develop operational and front-desk teams in physical security, fraud prevention, incident management, conflict resolution, and defensive procedures—promoting continuous improvement of customer and team experience.
* Perform other duties, not specified above, necessary to achieve Sixt’s objectives and ensure smooth operations.
**Profile**

* Higher education degree in Security, Management, Logistics, or related fields;
* Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in security roles;
* English language proficiency;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
* Valid driver’s license;
* Willingness to travel.
