Responsibilities: Manage and execute the company’s accounting activities, ensuring compliance with Portuguese and international standards. Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of accounting records. Prepare and review tax returns and mandatory reports, ensuring fulfillment of tax obligations. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting procedures. Collaborate with external and internal audit teams by providing required information and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with active registration at CRC (TOC). Proven experience in accounting, preferably in technology companies or similar sectors. Advanced knowledge of Portuguese tax and fiscal legislation. Proficiency in financial data analysis and report preparation. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel). Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Proactivity and attention to detail. Desirable: Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
