We seek practical, responsible individuals with a team spirit who take pride in contributing to an organized operation and our guests' comfort. **About the Role** ------------------ As a Housekeeping Support Staff \- Equipier, you will support the department’s daily operations by ensuring the distribution and collection of linens, supplies, and equipment, as well as the cleaning and organization of assigned areas. Your work will be essential for the Housekeeping team to operate efficiently and maintain Canaan Hub’s high quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Distribute clean linens, amenities, and cleaning products across different floors. * Collect and transport soiled linens to designated areas. * Assist in organizing pantries, linen rooms, storage areas, and service zones. * Transport extra beds, cribs, equipment, and requested materials. * Support teams during deep cleaning activities. * Clean corridors, staircases, elevators, and other common areas. * Collect waste and ensure proper waste separation. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work equipment and supplies. * Report malfunctions, damages, or abnormal situations to supervisors. * Respond promptly, professionally, and with team spirit to operational requests. * Participate in preparing rooms and spaces during the hotel’s opening phase. **Desired Profile** --------------------- * Prior experience in hospitality, cleaning, or operational roles is preferred. * Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Dynamism, proactivity, and enthusiasm for teamwork. * Physical fitness suitable for tasks involving transportation and handling of materials. * Positive attitude, flexibility, and service orientation. * Proficiency in Portuguese. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **What We Offer** -------------------- * Participation in the opening of an innovative hotel project. * Permanent employment contract. * Salary package commensurate with experience. * Initial training and ongoing mentoring. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * A multicultural, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.
