As part of our growth and reinforcement of the technical team, we seek to hire a **Designer / Site Preparation Technician** with experience in the glazing sector to contribute to the development, preparation, and technical supervision of our projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, transforming them into technically viable and executable solutions; * Perform technical preparation and detailed development of glazing and façade systems; * Analyze technical drawings and conduct on-site measurements; * Plan and monitor material requirements and production processes associated with projects; * Provide technical support to production and installation teams, promoting effective solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each project; * Participate in meetings with clients, designers, and other stakeholders, contributing to defining optimal technical solutions; * Collaborate in identifying and implementing innovative, efficient, and project-specific solutions. **Required Profile** * Higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field (preferred); * Minimum of 2–3 years’ professional experience in similar roles, preferably within the glazing sector; * Experience using **PrefSuite** software; * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** or equivalent software; * Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings; * Knowledge of glazing and façade systems; * Valid driver’s license. **Behavioral Competencies** * High level of precision and attention to detail; * Planning, organization, and priority management skills; * Critical thinking and strong sense of responsibility; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; * Initiative, proactivity, and commitment to continuous improvement; * Problem-solving ability and results orientation. **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid and continuously growing company; * Opportunities for professional development and career progression; * A collaborative, dynamic, and innovative work environment; * Participation in diverse projects with high technical complexity; * Recognition and appreciation of demonstrated performance and talent.
